The file "SLMPS v2.2 all.dta" contains all variables.

""SLMPS v2.2 all.dta" data file contains more than 3,000 variables. If you are using STATA IC, this file has too many variables to open. Use ""SLMPS v2.2 pt 1.dta" , ""SLMPS v2.2 pt 2.dta" and ""SLMPS v2.2 pt 3.dta" instead. If you can open a file with more than 3,000 variables, you can just use "SLMPS v2.2 all.dta."

2- hhid: unique household identifier
