A number of activities have been excluded from the investigations because they were of lower priority in relation to the focus of the research project. This means that the definition of MSEs refers to enterprises consisting of a person producing accessories for sale in the market, as well as factories with 30 or 40 workers. Unfortunately, it was not possible to generate information on the enterprises that had been closed or that disappeared in the course of a year. The survey team could not determine the cause of the closing down; whether they moved to a different location and continued to survive or closed permanently.
