GENERAL NOTES

Private are facilities run by non-governmental organizations (e.g. NGOs, religious institutions) or by private entities.
Other refers to schools that cannot be categorized in the above classification such as community schools run by local parent groups.
Does not include pre-school or kindergarten.
For adults attending literacy programs use "Other"
